Our standard fees cover the preparation and online publication of accepted contributions. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and apply per contribution. Submission and initial editorial assessment are free.

Submitting work does not create a payment obligation. The editorial desk first assesses the contribution. For accepted work, we confirm the scope, production fee, delivery schedule and applicable terms in an invoice before payment. Payment does not purchase an editorial decision.
What the fees cover
Standard production covers the preparation described above and publication on InquiryScope Press. Both word and page limits apply; the first limit reached determines the included length. Word limits cover the complete submission, including the abstract, main text, references and appendices. Page limits refer to standard A4 or US Letter pages and include the title page, references, tables, figures and appendices. Longer work requires a separate quotation agreed before payment. Reader access to the standard online publication is free. Complex layouts, extensive revisions, translation, substantive language editing, original writing and commissioned research require a separate written quotation.
Research review and identifiers
The research fee covers editorial consideration and publication production. External peer review, DOI registration, database indexing and academic accreditation are not included in these packages. Review status is stated on the publication. Please read the editorial policy before submitting work intended to meet an institutional requirement.

Invoices identify the accepted contribution, the agreed service and the amount due in USD. Any applicable taxes or approved additional work are itemised before payment. Verified bank or card payment instructions will be provided with the invoice once payment arrangements are available. Please do not make a payment before receiving an invoice and confirmed payment instructions.
Fee assistance and additional services
Contributors may request a fee waiver or reduction when submitting their work. Assistance is considered individually and confirmed in writing. For longer manuscripts, complex reports, commissioned work or editorial support, contact the editorial desk for a quotation. Service availability and scope are agreed before work begins.
