PRIVACY

How this website handles information you choose to share.

This notice applies to inquiryscope.press/. You can contact the website operator through the contact form about privacy questions or requests. Last updated: 5 November 2026.

Information submitted through forms

The contact and submission forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, affiliation, message and manuscript link. Form records are stored in this website’s WordPress database for the editorial team. Technical information, including IP address, browser information and submission time, may also be recorded by the forms and security tools.

Why the information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, consider contributions, communicate about editorial work, address corrections and rights concerns, and protect the website against misuse. Manuscripts sent for consideration are not automatically published. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in a form or manuscript link.

Hosting, access and service providers

The website is hosted by Namecheap. Hosting, security and backup systems may process or retain website data to operate the service. Authorised site administrators can access private form records. A manuscript hosted elsewhere is also subject to the privacy and sharing settings of that external service.

Cookies and external services

WordPress uses cookies for sign-in and administration. The publishing pages do not require an account to read. This launch setup does not add advertising trackers, a marketing newsletter service or a third-party analytics service. If external content or services are added later, this notice should be updated to explain their use.

Retention and requests

Enquiries, submissions and correspondence are retained while needed for editorial work, follow-up and record keeping. Security logs and backups follow the hosting or plugin settings; copies in backups may remain until those backups rotate. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied by using the contact form. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Information published with your work

Before publication, the editorial team should agree the final content, author credit and publication terms with you. Information included in a published article becomes public and may be indexed or copied by third parties. Keep private contact details and personal data out of material intended for publication.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the website’s data practices change. Please review it before sending information.
